Information on ordering and payment

Thank you for visiting our site. If you have an intention to purchase, we inform you about the procedures and conditions below.

Procedure of purchasing

  1. Please register (It's not necessary.), so in the future we can welcome you as a frequent customer.
  2. Please select one item on the main menu.
  3. Click on the name or photo of the product you want to order.
  4. You can initiate your purchase by clicking on the CART button.
  5. 5. You can choose supplements or you can move on by clicking on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

During your purchase the optional delivery costs are automatically added to the price of the selected item. See: Delivery costs

If you happen not to find the planned composition or you want to modify the colour or size of the selected bouquet, please contact us via phone or email and we shall do our best to respond on your request. If you accept the proposed price, click under the category BOUQUETS on SPECIAL BOUQUET, type the specific price we proposed, then initiate the purchase by clicking on the CART button.

Order by telephone is not possible!

Products under "Accessories" cannot  be purchased as a single item. Please choose a flower bouquet or a potted plan first.

The photos of the presented products are for information purposes only, the products might be changed due to seasonal differences.

When and how we deliver?

You can place an order 3 hours before delivery, the latest. Please send your order as early as it is possible, because in this case we can guarantee for you the most fresh flowers.

The delivery period in Budapest and in its vicinity is 8 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 4 pm on the weekend. You can choose a minimum 2 hours long interval.

For delivery at any other time please contact us by phone or via e-mail.

On those special days when we are extremely busy (such as Valentine’s day, International Women’s day, Mothers’ day) delivery might be earlier than requested (but that day).

E-mail notification will be sent after successful delivery.

If the consignment could not be delivered - because if incorrect address or any other reasons beyond our control - and it was returned to our shop, then we shall notify you by e-mail. In this case the consignment - after paying the potential costs of return delivery - can be collected personally in 24 hours or it might be delivered again for an extra fee.

100% secure payment method, widely used in Europe and the US. The PayPal site is available in English. Following the successful transaction you will receive an email from PayPal. It can be used with registration or without – by using embossed credit cards.

You might want to pay your order personally by coming to our flower-shop before the delivery. Following your visit, delivery will be made in minimum three hours.
If you need a proper VAT invoice, then you will receive an electronic invoice on the delivery day.

Fresh flower keeps its quality only for a limited time, so return of the product or cancellation is not possible.

The cancellation by the customer without justification is not possible.

If the flower is damaged during the delivery – following our agreement – return it to us and it will be replaced at our costs.

Data-entry errors

Postcar Kft. guarantees the identification and correction of data-entry errors (“mis-clicks”) prior to sending the contract declaration, as follows: the Partner can correct data-entry errors via email at any stages of ordering and before fulfilling the order by Postcar Kft.

Ordering (contracting) is allowed in Hungarian and English languages.

The contract is not qualified as a written contract, the Service provider does not register it so it is not available or cannot be studied afterwards.

Confirmation is provided via permanent information carrier (email).
